No traçado e dimensionamento de uma rede predial existe um conjunto variado de
decisões que o engenheiro terá de tomar atendendo aos objetivos pretendidos com o projeto em
curso, tendo sempre em vista a questão do rácio qualidade/preço, desde a escolha do material a
adoptar nas tubagens, as restrições arquitetónicas, regras construtivas, etc.
Este projeto irá abordar o dimensionamento de uma rede predial de cinco edifícios
multifamiliares, com o total de 27 fogos de tipologia variada. Serão apresentados como
comparação o método de cálculo realizado por um programa comercial CYPECAD MEP e o
cálculo realizado utilizando uma folha de cálculo EXCEL e realizadas as devidas comparações.
Na elaboração deste trabalho teve-se em consideração a legislação em vigor,
nomeadamente, o Decreto-Lei n.º 207/94 de 6 de Agosto, incluindo a declaração de
Rectificação n.º 153/95, de 30 de Novembro, e Decreto-lei n.º 23/95 de 23 de Agosto
(RGSPPDADAR), para além de diversa bibliografia existente.
São apresentados os cálculos das redes prediais de abastecimento de água potável,
drenagem de águas pluviais e domésticas, para além de um estudo para a rede de
aproveitamento de água pluvial. As peças desenhadas são apresentadas, representando as
diferentes redes e equipamentos.
The design of a water supply system network have a wide range of decisions that the engineer will have to take in view of the objectives pursued with the current project, always chasing the best quality / price ratio, from the choice of material to be adopted in the pipes, architectural constraints, rules, legislation etc. This design will address several building network system of five buildings with a total of 27th apartments of varied typology. The calculation method is performed by using a commercial program CYPECAD MEP and using an EXCEL spreadsheet, the results will be presented as a comparison between them. In the preparation of this work, was taken of consideration the ruling legislation, Decree- Law n. º 207/94 of August the 6th, including Decree-Law n. º 153/95 November the 30rd, Decree-Law n. º 23 / 95 of August the 23rd, in addition to several existing bibliographies. The dimensioning of the water supply system for human consumption, rainwater drainage and wastewater will be presented, as well as a study for the network of reuse of rainwater. The drawings will be presented, representing the different networks system and equipment.
