dc.description.abstract	Sabendo que as relações de poder, dentro dos grupos humanos, emanam e estruturam-se a partir da sua cultura, a prática artística não poderá ser tida como inócua, mas como alquímica. No entanto, é de maior importância distinguir os nexos de causalidade inerentes à criação/fruição artísticas das construções teleológicas que, invariavelmente, desembocam no politizar da estética, ou no estetizar da política, quer seja pela via da democratização da arte ou da sua elitização. O artístico encontra-se, assim delimitado pela convenção de normalidade (o intervalo compreendido entre a centralidade e a margem) estabelecida no binómio educação artística/educação pela arte que, ao estruturar o discurso no sentindo da narrativa única, limita aquilo que é equacionado. Paradoxalmente, denegar o que está além da margem implica destituir à arte o seu carácter transcendente, forçando a negação da sua razão de ser – a transgressão geradora de atopias, anacronias, anamorfoses e anagogias. Sem o mistério da analogia como poderá o indivíduo encontrar-se com a anagnórise e empreender o caminho do sublime que transmutará a sua percepção? Mais: ainda estaremos a falar de arte? Posto isto, questiona-se a lucidez desta Cultura Asfixiante, tal como Jean Dubuffet o fez, participando na Guerra da Arte com uma teoria que preencha o espaço que a palavra Pós-Brutalismo ocupa, uma colectânea de propostas est(éticas) para aqueles que ousem incorporar as suas paixões, afrontando a Ignavocracia. O Povoado refractário é um espaço com outro tempo, um atol, um ecossistema para a Idade Ignípede.	pt_PT
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT - Knowing that the power relations within human groups emanate and are structured from its culture, the artistic praxis can not be taken as innocuous, but as alchemical. However, it is of utmost importance to distinguish the causal links inherent to the creation/experience of art from the teleological constructions that invariably lead to the politicizing of aesthetics, or to the aestheticizing of politics, whether by means of democratization of art or its elitization. The artistic thus finds itself delimited by the convention of normality (the interval comprised between centrality and the margin) established in the binomial relation art education/education through art that by structuring the discourse as a one and only narrative, limits what is taken in account. Paradoxically, denying what lies beyond implies deprive art of its transcendent nature, forcing the denial of its reason for being - the trangression that generates atopias, anacronias, anamorphosis and anagogias. Without the mystery of analogy, how can an individual meet up with the anagnorisis and undertake the path of the sublime that will transmute its perception? Further, will we still be talking about art? That said, the lucidity of this Asphyxiating Culture is questioned, as Jean Dubuffet had done, toward a participation in the War of Art with a theory that fills the space that the word Post-Brutalism occupies, a collection of Aesth/Ethical proposals for those who dare to embody their own passions and face off the ignavocracy. The Unrully hamlet is a space with another time, an atoll, an ecosystem to the Fire-footed Age.	pt_PT
