O tema Responsabilidade Social das Empresas (RSE), ganha cada vez mais notoriedade tanto na área acadêmica quanto no meio empresarial. Entretanto, é um assunto que ainda provoca discussões devido à sua ampla complexidade. O presente estudo pretende analisar como a Reponsabilidade Social Empresarial está sendo divulgada nos websites das melhores empresas para trabalhar em Portugal de 2018. A avaliação será realizada com base em indicadores previamente testados em estudos anteriores, e contribuirá na construção de um diagnóstico mais atual da comunicação das empresas na Internet de suas ações de responsabilidade social empresarial.
The subject of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), is gaining more and more notoriety both in the academic field as well in the business world. However, it is a subject that still provokes discussion because of its wide complexity. This study aims to analyse how Corporate Social Responsibility is being disseminated on the websites of the best companies to work in Portugal in 2018. The evaluation will be carried out based on indicators previously tested in previous studies that will contribute to the construction of a current diagnosis of corporate communication on the Internet of their corporate social responsibility actions.
