dc.description.abstractO presente relatório, realizado no âmbito da prática de ensino supervisionada na Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa, para obtenção do grau de mestre em Ensino do 1.º e 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, incide sobre a prática pedagógica realizada numa turma de 3.º ano do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este relatório, de caráter reflexivo e documentado, resume a prática pedagógica desenvolvida ao longo da intervenção, apresentando as diversas experiências inerentes à prática educativa e a todo o seu processo, salientando as dificuldades sentidas e as estratégias utilizadas para as contornar. Este relatório faz ainda referência a um estudo sobre os processos utilizados pelas crianças para chegar à generalização baseando-se na análise de padrões. Este estudo teve como principal objetivo responder a duas questões: (i) Analisar as estratégias utilizadas pelas crianças para chegarem à generalização pela análise de tarefas que visam a generalização e (ii) Identificar as principais dificuldades sentidas pelas crianças quando confrontadas com a generalização através da análise de um padrão. De forma a se conseguir dar resposta às questões apresentadas, foi implementada uma rotina semanal de resolução de problemas, que tinha por base uma ficha na qual era apresentado um padrão seguido de uma série de questões sempre idênticas. Após a sua aplicação era realizado um momento de partilha das respostas e estratégias utilizadas pelos alunos. Posteriormente, foram analisadas todas as produções dos alunos, de forma qualitativa e quantitativa, uma vez que para além de terem sido analisados os resultados de forma geral e quantitativa foram também analisadas cuidadosamente as estratégias utilizadas. Os resultados apresentados demonstram que apesar de não ter existido uma melhoria significativa nos resultados apresentados no início e no final do estudo, denota-se uma diferença na forma como os alunos apresentam e expõem os seus raciocínios, sendo esta a principal dificuldade encontrada. Os momentos de partilha contribuíram para que os alunos se apropriassem de estratégias e métodos de expor os seus raciocínios.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT This report, written as a part of supervised teaching practice in the Lisbon Higher School of Education, for obtaining the Master’s Degree in Teaching 1st and 2nd Primary School, focuses on the pedagogical practice held in a class of 3rd year of the first cycle of basic education. This report, reflective and documented, summarizes the pedagogical practice developed along the intervention, showing the various experiences and the entire processes, the difficulties felt by the children and the strategies used to solve the problems. This report makes reference to a study about the processes used by the children to reach the generalization, based on patterns analysis. This study had as main objective, to answer two questions: (i) Examine the strategies used by children to reach the generalization, by analysing task aimed at generalization and (ii) Identify the main difficulties experienced by the children when confronted with the generalization by analysing a pattern. In order to be able to respond to the presented questions, there was implemented a weekly routine of problems solving, based on a small test in which was presented a pattern and a sequence of questions always identical. After their application, was conducted a given-and-take of responses and strategies used by the students. Subsequently, was analysed all the answers given by the children, qualitatively and quantitatively, since in addition of being analysed the results overall, were also analysed carefully and quantitatively the strategies used. The results presented show that, despite not having been a significant improvement in the results presented at the beginning and at the end of the study, there is a difference in how students present and expose their reasoning, being this the main difficulty encountered. The moments of sharing contributed to students in effective ownership of strategies and methods to expose their reasoning.en
