Abstract(s)
Este relatório consiste na componente teórica do trabalho de projeto O Elogio à Cigarra e todos os processos de investigação e criação inerentes ao projeto, o qual pretende chamar a atenção para a importância que o Teatro e Comunidade pode ter na construção de um Ócio Ativo (o ócio que tem um propósito de inscrição do indivíduo no mundo ou uma intencionalidade, ainda que possa passar por simples momentos de contemplação consciente) nas escolas e no crescimento das crianças, por forma a se constituírem adultos capazes de questionar e de contribuir para uma sociedade democrática e mais equitativa.
Reveste-se de um corpo teórico que visita campos como a Filosofia, Antropologia, e a Sociologia, bem como a Pedagogia e o campo do Teatro, particularmente no que à sua vertente pedagógica e de intervenção cívica diz respeito. Inicia-se pelo enquadramento da motivação do projeto que teve, por sua vez, base num estágio de acompanhamento dos ensaios do espetáculo “Má Educação” da Companhia de Teatro Formiga Atómica, transitando depois para a apresentação do projeto a realizar.
ABSTRACT - This report consists of an explanatory synthesis of the research and creative processes inherent in the Elogio à Cigarra project, which aims to draw attention to the importance that Theater and Community can have in building Active Leisure (leisure that has a purpose of inscribing the individual in the world or an intentionality, even though it may involve simple moments of conscious contemplation) in schools and in the growth of children, so that they become adults capable of questioning and contributing to a democratic and more equitable society. It covers a theoretical body that visits fields such as Philosophy, Anthropology, and Sociology, as well as Pedagogy and the field of Theater, particularly with regard to its pedagogical and civic intervention aspects. It begins by framing the motivation for the project, which was, in turn, based on an internship monitoring the rehearsals of the show “Má Educação” by the Formiga Atómica Theater Company, then moving on to the presentation of the project to be carried out.
