dc.description.abstractA Secção Temática Conhecimento, Ciência e Tecnologia da Associação Portuguesa de Sociologia foi constituída em 2010. Oito anos volvidos, com quatro congressos e três conferências realizadas, que balanço fazer da ST CCT? Esta comunicação tem por objetivo fazer um mapeamento de pessoas, instituições e temas de investigação. Pretende-se conhecer como a comunidade de sociólogos da ciência tem evoluído e que colaborações tece entre si, que zonas de fronteiras com outros ramos da sociologia e outras disciplinas científicas se estabelecem, que questões de investigação emergem ou desaparecem, que papel desempenha a Secção na formação de jovens investigadores e na integração de sociólogos fora da academia. Este balanço afigura-se-nos como um contributo para a reflexão sobre novas estratégias e caminhos a serem trilhados. Mas também poderá servir para conhecer melhor a sociologia da ciência portuguesa e contextualizá-la no panorama dos estudos de ciência em Portugal, bem como no âmbito europeu e internacional mais lato.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT - The Thematic Section Knowledge, Science, and Technology of the Portuguese Association of Sociology was created in 2010. Eight years later, with four congresses and two conferences held, what is the stock-taking of the ST CCT? The objective of this communication is to map people, institutions, and research topics. It is intended to know how the community of sociologists of science has evolved and which collaborates with each other, which borders with other branches of sociology and other scientific disciplines are formed, whether research issues emerge or disappear, what role the Section plays in the training of young researchers and the integration of sociologists outside academia. This balance seems to us as a contribution to the reflection on new strategies and paths to be followed. But it may also serve to better understand the sociology of Portuguese science and contextualize it in the panorama of science studies in Portugal and in the wider European and international context.pt_PT
