ABSTRACT - IRIN is a Granular/Micromontage Max/MSP standalone application designed to enable the sequencing, spatialization, and editing of sound sequences on a multilevel approach.
IRIN lets one encapsulate samples within figures and figures within meso-structures and represent them as a single fragment, permitting a hierarchical building up of the composition.
This project has been in development for many years, starting with Max 4 back in 2004, and went through many updates and improvements until today (under Max 8).
In this update we correct several issues and introduce some new features.
IRIN is currently available for MacOs and Windows.
