| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de projecto resulta de um estudo de caso que se concretiza na implementaĆ§Ć£o de um sistema uniforme de contabilidade de gestĆ£o para a indĆŗstria hoteleira norte-americano, denominado por USALI, num hotel. O objectivo deste trabalho de projecto serĆ” melhorar a qualidade do relato financeiro interno com a implementaĆ§Ć£o do USALI na unidade hoteleira. Na primeira parte do trabalho foi caracterizado o sistema USALI identificando a sua estrutura, funcionamento e origem histĆ³rica. Na segunda parte do trabalho foram identificadas as metodologias adoptadas no estudo. Foi seguido a metodologia do estudo de caso e adoptadas as tĆ©cnicas de gestĆ£o de projectos (Project Management) na implementaĆ§Ć£o do sistema uniforme de contabilidade de gestĆ£o USALI no hotel, tendo sido expostas as diversas fases do projecto. Na terceira parte determinaram-se os resultados a atingir com a implementaĆ§Ć£o do sistema e sua discussĆ£o do estudo de caso. Na quarta e Ćŗltima parte conclui-se que a implementaĆ§Ć£o do USALI na unidade hoteleira originarĆ” uma melhoria na qualidade de informaĆ§Ć£o econĆ³mica fornecida pelo relato interno financeiro aos Ć³rgĆ£os de gestĆ£o. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This research Project stems from a case study which consists in the implementation of a uniform system of accounting management for the lodging industry created in the United States, called USALI, implemented in a specific hotel unit. The aim of this work project is to improve the quality of internal financial reporting by implementing the USALI system at the hotel. The first part of the paper characterizes the USALI system by identifying its structure, functionality and historical origin. The second part of the paper identifies the methodologies adopted in the study. The methodology was followed in the case study and the Project Management techniques were adopted in the implementation of the uniform system USALI accounting management established at the hotel. The different phases of the project were exposed in the part of the paper. The third part of the paper, determines the expected results by implementing the system and its discussion in the case study. The fourth and final part of this paper concludes that the implementation of the USALI system in the hotel unit will result in quality improvement in the economic information provided by the internal financial report to management. | en |
