São várias as ocasiões em que surgem notícias ou publicações relacionadas com as desigualdades entre o homem e a mulher. Com estas desigualdades, as organizações necessitam de contribuir para o estudo destas mesmas desigualdades e contribuir para combater as mesmas, dentro dos parâmetros possíveis.
Esta investigação visa estudar as diferenças comportamentais entre ambos os sexos e de que forma as organizações se podem adaptar a essas mesmas diferenças.
A investigação será composta por uma revisão de literatura sendo complementada por uma parte prática: um questionário de forma a analisar algumas diferenças entre o homem e a mulher. A parte prática irá estudar o tipo de personalidade mais adequada para um líder, os desafios mais comuns no local de trabalho, se as pessoas valorizam a competência ou a igualdade e os fatores que são mais valorizados consoante a idade e o sexo. A revisão de literatura será composta por estudos de caso e por material científico credível.
Deste modo, procura-se que esta investigação possa contribuir para a melhoria dos processos de gestão nas organizações, especialmente na gestão de pessoas, sendo que são vários os tipos de gestores que poderão beneficiar desta investigação: empresário, gestor intermédio e investidor.
There are several occasions on which news or publications related to inequalities between men and women appear. With these inequalities, organizations need to contribute to the study of these same inequalities and contribute to fighting them, within the possible parameters. This investigation aims to study the behavioral differences between both sexes and how organizations can adapt to these same differences. The investigation will consist of a literature review being complemented by a practical part: a questionnaire to analyze some differences between men and women. The practical part will study the most suitable personality type for a leader, the most common challenges in the workplace, whether people value competence or equality and the factors that are most valued according to age and gender. The literature review will consist of case studies and credible scientific material. In this way, the aim is that this research can contribute to the improvement of management processes in organizations, especially in people management, since there are several types of managers who may benefit from this research: entrepreneur, middle manager, and investor.
