Atualmente, as organizações atuam a um ritmo cada vez mais exigente e cada vez mais
stressante, depositando as suas responsabilidades nos seus colaboradores. Essa
responsabilidade trata-se de impor ao colaborador prazos e qualidade de trabalho cada vez
mais exigentes para que a organização possa ser competitiva e ser a melhor do mercado.
Esta exigência terá que ser medida e compensada de modo ao colaborador não se sentir
desmotivado, daí os sistemas de incentivos serem de extrema importância para o bom
desempenho da organização.
Na época de crise na qual vivemos, os as recompensações não deverão ser abolidas mas
sim ajustadas uma vez que a sua supressão gerará desmotivação nos demais colaboradores
da organização.
Os colaboradores/gestores não se esforçam para atingir os resultados delineados pela
administração, só se preocupam em receber uma compensação no fim do mês e assumem
os seus postos de trabalho como um dado adquirido, assim sendo é crucial a elaboração de
um sistema de incentivos adequado com vista a criação de valor para todas as entidades em
redor da organização. Tal como todos os sistemas de recompensa têm as suas
inferioridades os baseados no valor também o têm, mas é o sistema mais adequado para o
benefício do acionista uma vez que determina o valor criado.
Currently , organizations act to an increasingly demanding and increasingly stressful pace , depositing its responsibilities to its employees. This responsibility it is to enforce deadlines and quality of collaborative work increasingly demanding for the organization to be competitive and be the best in the market. This requirement will have to be measured and compensated so the developer does not feel unmotivated, hence the incentive systems are of paramount importance for the proper performance of the organization . At the time of crisis in which we live , the compensations should not be abolished but adjusted since its deletion generates unmotivated other employees of the organization. Employees/managers do not strive to achieve the results outlined by the administration only care about receiving compensation at the end of the month and take their jobs for granted , therefore it is crucial to the development of an appropriate system of incentives with a view to creating value for all entities around the organization.
