Abstract(s)
De acordo com o panorama artístico da dança contemporânea nacional e
internacional a versatilidade interpretativa é uma das competências performativas de maior
relevância, deste modo, as companhias de dança e os projetos independentes procuram
cada vez mais intérpretes-criativos disponíveis a propor respostas através da improvisação.
As aulas de Técnicas de Dança Contemporânea objetivam formar intérpretes versáteis,
aptos a responder criativamente a propostas diversificadas, no entanto, nem sempre existe
a oportunidade de abordar linguagens e estilos coreográficos além dos que as escolas
implementam nos programas curriculares.
Este estudo propõe recorrer a elementos de repertório como forma de consolidar a
versatilidade interpretativa na Disciplina de Técnicas de Dança Contemporânea no contexto
do Ensino Artístico Especializado. Desenhado para uma turma de 5º ano do Curso Básico
de Dança, no ano letivo 2021/2022, a escolha recaiu sobre a Escola Vocacional de Dança
das Caldas da Rainha como escola cooperante para a implementação do projeto do qual
resultou esta investigação.
A presente investigação tem como base os princípios da Investigação-Ação, mais
especificamente da Practice-led Research a qual permitiu criar e procurar respostas para as
questões que nos guiaram no sentido dos objetivos gerais delineados.
Projetada para a Geração Z, esta investigação incluiu a aprendizagem de dois
excertos de repertório, o primeiro através a transmissão de movimento e o segundo a partir
de uma gravação, utilizando o telemóvel como ferramenta de aprendizagem.
ABSTRACT - According to the artistic panorama of national and international contemporary dance, interpretative versatility is one of the most important performance skills, so dance companies and independent projects are increasingly looking for creative performers available to propose answers through improvisation. Contemporary Dance Techniques classes aim to train versatile performers, able to respond creatively to diverse proposals, however, there is not always the opportunity to approach choreographic languages and styles beyond those that schools implement in their curricula. This study proposes to use elements of repertoire as a way to consolidate interpretative versatility in the discipline of Contemporary Dance Techniques in the context of Specialized Artistic Education. Designed for a 5th year class of the Basic Dance Course, in the 2021/2022 school year, the choice fell on the Dance Vocational School of Caldas da Rainha as a cooperating school for the implementation of the project that resulted in this research. This research is based on the principles of Action-Research, more specifically Practice-led Research which allowed us to create and seek answers to the questions that guided us towards the general objectives outlined. Designed for Generation Z, this research included the learning of two repertoire excerpts, the first through the transmission of movement and the second from a recording, using the cell phone as a learning tool.
