Abstract(s)
A Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa tem trabalhado em torno da investigação patrimonial, em contexto de formação inicial de professores, recorrendo ao património local como ponto de partida de reflexão e de prática educativa, e com o objetivo de evoluir nesta linha de formação e investigação. É apresentado como exemplo a unidade curricular de Temas da História e Geografia de Portugal, do Mestrado em Ensino do 1.º e 2.º Ciclos do Ensino Básico (matemática e ciências; português e história e geografia), que tem como principais objetivos de aprendizagem a articulação do aprofundamento, do estudo e da análise de temas do Meio social, a partir da História e Geografia de Portugal (HGP), com o reconhecimento das potencialidades da história local/regional e da geografia dos lugares para o estudo/investigação da HGP. A construção de um projeto de investigação em torno do património local e a construção de um recurso didático, que inclua um guião de visita ao território ou aos elementos patrimoniais escolhidos, são duas dimensões que contribuem para o desenvolvimento de competências histórico-geográficas e para o exercício de uma cidadania territorial.
ABSTRACT The Lisbon Superior School of Education has been working around heritage research, in the context of teacher training, using local heritage as a starting point for reflection and educational practice, and with the aim of evolving in this line of education and research. An example is the curricular unit of Themes of History and Geography of Portugal, integrated in the Master degree in Teaching of the 1st and 2nd Cycles of Primary Education, which has as its main learning objectives the articulation of the deepening, the study and analysis of themes of the Social Environment, from the History and Geography of Portugal (HGP), with the recognition of the potentialities of local / regional history and the geography of places for the study / investigation of HGP. The construction of a research project around local heritage and the construction of a didactic resource, which includes a guide to visit the territory or the chosen heritage elements, are two dimensions that contribute to the development of historical-geographical skills and to the exercise of territorial citizenship.
