Resumo - Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever o Estágio Especializado em Ensino da Música, realizado no âmbito do mestrado em Ensino de Música na Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa.
Este estágio decorreu no Orfeão de Leiria | Conservatório de Artes, em Leiria. Como o Orfeão é uma escola privada, apresenta uma realidade muito diferente do ponto de vista organizacional e de gestão, de uma escola pública. A análise Swot efetuada para a escola em referência, descreve mais objetivamente os fatores e variáveis que permitiram construir este relatório.
Este estágio resulta de uma reflexão sobre a prática pedagógica aplicada e as suas motivações na concretização dos objetivos pessoais.
ABSTRACT - This report intends to describe the Specialized Stage in Music Teaching carried out within the framework of the Masters in Music Teaching at the Superior School of Music of Lisbon. This internship took place in Orfeão de Leiria | Conservatório de Artes. This is a private school and it it’s educational organization and management is very different from a public school. The SWOT analysis carried out for the school in question, more objectively describes the factors and variables that allowed the construction of this report. This internship results in a reflection on applied pedagogical practice and its motivations in the accomplishment of personal goals.
