| dc.description.abstract | In this exploratory research we aim to outline the role and importance that Portuguese non-governmental development organisations attach to the "communication" field. At first sight, considering the number of communication instruments in use, it might seem that this is a priority issue for organisations, but, in reality, this is not the case. In general, "communication" is considered instrumental and considered merely in terms of the desired discourse message in each case. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | InvestigaciĆ³n con carĆ”cter exploratorio que permite un primer diagnĆ³stico acerca de la importancia que las organizaciones no gubernamentales para el desarrollo (ONGD) dan a la comunicaciĆ³n. Si al principio, y por el nĆŗmero y diversidad de soportes de comunicaciĆ³n listados parece que la importancia atribuida a la comunicaciĆ³n, entendida aquĆ como constitutiva de las prĆ”cticas organizacionales, era una realidad, se constatĆ³ sin embargo, que tal no es el caso en absoluto. La comunicaciĆ³n es, en la mayor parte de estas organizaciones, entendida como claramente instrumental y solamente pensada en su aspecto meramente discursivo. | sp |
