Cada vez mais as organizaƧƵes estĆ£o sujeitas Ć concorrĆŖncia nos mercados onde se desenrolam as suas atividades económicas. Precisam entĆ£o de encontrar outras opƧƵes viĆ”veis e que impulsionem as suas economias. Assim a aposta numa estratĆ©gia de internacionalização aliada Ć inovação permite a diferenciação face aos principais concorrentes e poderĆ” futuramente gerar vantagem competitiva para a organização. A internacionalização de uma empresa Ć© um fenómeno vasto, que engloba desde a exportação de produtos e serviƧos atĆ© Ć produção direta no mercado externo, passando por vĆ”rias fases intermediĆ”rias de compromisso com os mercados. Este fenómeno Ć© uma das formas de assegurar a competitividade e posteriormente o posicionamento estratĆ©gico das empresas no mercado global. Frequentemente acontece como consequĆŖncia de processos de intraempreendedorismo bem como de inovação. Angola Ć© um dos paĆses dos PALOP cujo mercado despertou o interesse de vĆ”rios investidores portugueses nos Ćŗltimos anos. Investidores esses que procuram oportunidades em novos mercados que proporcionem vantagens competitivas significativas. A Maxpay Portugal iniciou a sua atividade em Junho de 2014 e foi concebida com o intuito de se expandir a nĆvel internacional. Iniciou o processo de expansĆ£o para Angola e Cabo Verde tambĆ©m em 2014. Atualmente, nĆ£o seria o que Ć© hoje sem estes dois mercados. Apesar da sua reduzida dimensĆ£o, transferir valor para os parceiros de negócio Ć© uma prioridade para o sucesso.
Increasingly organizations are subject to competition in the markets where their economic activities take place. They need to find other viable options that boost their economies. Thus the bet on a strategy of internationalization allied to innovation allows the differentiation with the main competitors and may in the future generate a competitive advantage for the organization. The internationalization of a company is a vast phenomenon, from the export of products and services to direct production in the foreign market, passing through several intermediate phases of commitment to the markets. This phenomenon is one of the ways to ensure competitiveness and subsequently the strategic positioning of companies in the global market. Often it happens as a consequence of processes of intrapreneurship as well as innovation. Angola os one of the PALOP countries whose market has attracted the interest of several Portuguese investors in recent years. These investors are looking for opportunities in new markets that provide significant competitive advantages. Maxpay Portugal started its activity in June 2014 and was created for the purpose of expanding internationally. Maxcpay Portugal started the expansion process for Angola and Cape Verde also in 2014. Nowadays, Maxpay wouldn“t be what it is without the expansion for these two markets. Despite the small size, transferring value to business partners is always priority to success.
