As ferramentas obtidas no decorrer do mestrado em gestão e empreendedorismo permitem olhar e encarar as empresas e os negócios de uma forma mais critica e ao mesmo tempo permite ver e/ou criar oportunidades de negócio.
O H2O Slow surge com o objetivo de dar a conhecer a beleza das paisagens das praias únicas de Sesimbra e ajudar o turismo local, dinamizando os produtos regionais.
Pretendemos destacarmo-nos através da qualidade e tradição dos produtos exclusivos dos nossos parceiros.
Através deste trabalho, aplicando o Business Model Canvas, pretende-se avaliar a viabilidade económica e financeira de um futuro negócio de atividade marítimo-turística.
Por outro lado, o desenvolvimento deste projeto passa por uma revisão de literatura por forma a apresentar os conceitos relacionados com o empreendedorismo, sendo este considerado um mecanismo promotor do desenvolvimento da economia, inovação e bem-estar.
O empreendedorismo tem como objetivo transformar as oportunidades e ideias em valor, sendo esse valor financeiro, cultural ou social. Assim, com base da literatura serão apresentadas definições e conceitos relacionados com empreendedorismo e empreendedor.
The obtained tools during the master’s in management and entrepreneurship allow for critical acknowledgment of companies and businesses and at the same time allow for observing and/or create business opportunities. The H2O Slow appears with the aim of showing the beauty of Sesimbra’s sightseeings at unique beaches and help the local tourism, pepping the regional products. We intend to contrast ourselves through the quality and tradition of our partners’ exclusive products. Through this work, applying the Business Model Canvas, it is intended to evaluate the economical and finantial viability of a future business of sea-turístic activity. On another hand, the development of this project lies on a literature revision in order to present the concepts related with entrepreneurship, being this considered a mechanism which allows for economy development, innovation and well-being. The entrepreneurship aims to transform the opportunities and ideas in value, being this value finantial, cultural or social. Thus, with base on the literature there will be presented definitions and concepts related with entrepreneurship and the entrepreneur.
