Abstract(s)
O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo apresentar o projeto de intervenção
desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio curricular (Intervenção em Situações Educativas) do 3.º
ano da Licenciatura em Educação Básica. Pretende-se, assim, evidenciar o processo e os
resultados obtidos no decorrer do projeto de intervenção realizado, particularmente no que
diz respeito à descoberta das cores, por parte das crianças nele envolvidas.
A abordagem pedagógica preconizada no decurso de toda a intervenção foi o da educação
através das artes, pelas artes, considerando-a ―como as metodologias mais eficazes para se
conseguir realizar uma educação mais integral a todos os níveis: afetivo, cognitivo, social e
motor‖ (Sousa, 2003, p.30), correlacionando-a, simultaneamente, com o referencial
pedagógico adotado pela instituição – o MEM. Procurou-se, assim, que as expressões artísticas
emergissem não só como um instrumento pedagógico facilitador do desenvolvimento das
formas expressivas valorizadas pelo MEM (linguagem e cognição), mas como outras linguagens
nas formas de representação do saber, do ser, do estar e do sentir de cada criança.
Concomitantemente, ao objetivar-se o desenvolvimento de conhecimentos específicos
relativos às Artes, estas últimas emergem como objeto de estudo, i.e., como um fim em si.
No que se refere à metodologia adotada, optou-se por uma abordagem qualitativa, numa
metodologia de investigação sobre a prática (Ponte, 2002), recorrendo-se a diversas técnicas
de recolha de dados: i) observação direta participante; ii) grelhas de observação; iii) registo de
observações de caráter naturalista das vozes das crianças e das atividades pedagógicas
realizadas.
Os resultados obtidos da análise comparativa das grelhas de observação referentes ao início e
final da intervenção revelam que as crianças evoluíram de um padrão cognitivocomportamental
mais acompanhado, para um mais autónomo no respeitante à identificação e
nomeação de cores, à criação de constructos relativos ao fenómeno de mistura de cores, bem
como ao desenvolvimento de competências pessoais e sociais.
This article aims to present the intervention project developed during the traineeship (Intervention in Educational Situations) of the 3rd year of Bachelor`s program Elementary Education. Thus, intended to demonstrate the process and the results obtained throughout the intervention, particularly with regard to the discovery of colours, by the children involved. The pedagogical approach advocated throughout the duration of the intervention was that of education through arts, of the arts, considering it "as the most effective methodologies to achieve a more comprehensive education at all levels: emotional, cognitive, social and motor "(Sousa, 2003, p.30), correlating it simultaneously with the pedagogical referential adopted by the institution - the MEM. The intension being, therefore, that the artistic expressions would emerge not only as facilitating educational instrument of the development of the expressive forms valued by MEM (language and cognition), but as well as other languages in the forms of representation of knowledge, existence being and feeling of each child. At the same time, the aim is the development of specific knowledge of the Arts. These last emerge as an object of study, i.e., as an end in itself. With regard to the methodology, a qualitative approach was opted with a methodology of investigation about the practice (Bridge, 2002), making use of various data collection techniques: i) direct participant observation; ii) observation grids; iii) observations of the naturalistic character at the children`s voices, and educational activities. The results of the comparative analysis of the observation grids for the beginning and end of the intervention reveal that, children evolued from a more accompanied cognitive-behavioural pattern to, more independent with regards to the identification and colour naming, to the creation of constructs for the phenomenon of colour mixing, as well as the development of other personal and social skills.
