Abstract(s)
ABSTRACT - This article will explore Fernando Amado’s theatre idea through his reviews. In order to do that I will consider the importance of the post–war theatre renovation movement and the efforts of cultural enlightenment that characterize the forties’ second half in Portugal. I will equally consider the relations that Amado’s, Redondo Júnior’s and Gino Savioti’s, among others, theatre idea can establish with its contemporary European modern theatre.
