| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório constitui uma reflexão sobre o processo de criação do projecto “Um Ato: Cerne da Palavra” constituído por três monólogos a partir dos textos “Madalena” de Miguel Torga, “Marie Farrar” de Bertolt Brecht, “Manifesto” de Angelica Liddell e por uma cena inspirada numa experiência pessoal e em algumas pinturas de Paula Rego sobre o aborto. Através da recriação cénica de quatro histórias ligadas ao tema do infanticídio pretendi criar um espaço onde discutir a identidade feminina, as representações culturais da maternidade e o livre direito de escolha da mulher face às ainda persistentes representações da mulher como mulher e mãe ideal. O debate sobre o infanticídio em muitos países, como o Brasil, ainda é tratado como um tabu, sendo alvo de restrições legais que acabam por colocar em causa a saúde e a vida das mulheres. Este é um dos motivos centrais que me conduziu a trabalhar a temática do livre direito de escolha. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT - This report is a reflection about the creation process of the project "Um Ato: Cerne da Palavra", composed of three monologues based on the texts "Madalena" by Miguel Torga, "Marie Farrar" by Bertolt Brecht, "Manifesto" by Angelica Liddell and a scene inspired by a personal experience and some paintings of Paula Rego about abortion. Through the scenic recreation of four stories linked to the theme of infanticide I intended to create a space to discuss female identity, the cultural representations of maternity and the woman's free right to choose in face of the still persistent representations of the woman as wife and ideal mother. The debate on infanticide in many countries, such as Brazil, is still treated as a taboo, being subject to legal restrictions that end up jeopardizing the health and life of women. This is one of the main reasons that led me to work on the issue of the free right to choose. | pt_PT |
