Abstract(s)
Muitos têm sido os mitos que se geraram em torno do conceito de criatividade e que
impediram durante largo tempo o seu aprofundamento científico. Refletir sobre a educação
da criatividade implicará definir os limites do conceito, as dimensões para a sua abordagem, a
relação que se estabelece entre elas, concorrendo deste modo para uma melhor
compreensão do fenómeno, conhecendo as aptidões cognitivas integram este conceito, bem
como as atitudes criativas que consolidam esta capacidade complexa e transversal a todas as
áreas do conhecimento. Vejamos o que a ciência, neste aqui e agora, nos comunica sobre esta
capacidade e como o seu estudo poderá e deverá ser integrado nos curricula de todos os
graus de ensino, contribuindo para a promoção do pensamento criativo, necessário a todas as
áreas do conhecimento, o que aportará inovação e desenvolvimento social.
Many have been the myths that have been generated around the concept of creativity and prevented for a long time its scientific deepening. Reflect on the education‘s creativity will involve defining the concept limits, the dimensions to its approach, the relationship established between them, contributing in this way to a better understanding of the phenomenon, knowing the cognitive skills, as well as the creative attitudes consolidating this complex and cross capability to all areas of knowledge. Let's see what the science, in this very moment, informs us about this capability and how their study could and should be integrated into the curricula of all education´s levels, contributing to the promotion of creative thinking, necessary to all areas of knowledge, which will contribute innovation and social development.
