Abstract(s)
trabalhassem a biomecânica do salto.
registo audiovisual, Teste do Salto Vertical (Johnson & Nelson) e a aplicação My Jump
2.
ABSTRACT -This report is part of the Master's Degree in Dance Teaching at Escola Superior de Danca of the Instituto Politecnico de Lisboa, during the academic year 2020/2021, at Centro Cultural de Amarante Maria Amelia Laranjeira, Conservatorio de Musica e Danca. This internship was developed with the students in the 3rd year of the Specialized Artistic Teaching in Dance, in the subject of Classical Dance Technique. In order to understand how the swiss ball can be included in a complementary training for dancers and, consequently, to work on muscle groups so they can improve their performance, the main objective of this report is to improve the impulsion of the vertical jump through the strengthening of the lower limbs, using the swiss ball. As a need to promote this development, we resorted to exercise application strategies that worked on the biomechanics of the jump. To verify results, the action-research methodology was adopted as a process of reflection on the thematic. Several data granting instruments were used, such as: observation grids, board reports, audiovisual record, Vertical Jump Test (Johnson & Nelson) and the My Jump 2 application. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the increase in height was not considered significant in any of the tests, even though one student stood out positively. In terms of increased muscle power of the lower limbs, it was observed that there was an enlarge in most students in the four jumps studied (saute with feet together, saute in 1st position, temps leve with right foot and temps leve with the left foot). Due to the added and unpredictable challenges of the current Portuguese social and health context, it is possible to conclude that this work was a success since all the objectives initially proposed were achieved.
