seguinte tese procurou investigar a relação da imagem com a palavra nos filmes de Alain Resnais: Hiroshima mon amour (1959) e O último ano em Marienbad (1961). Foi estudada a forma como a voz narrativa, criando associações simultâneas ou assíncronas com a imagem pode coordenar e estruturar o conteúdo de um filme. Os dois filmes escolhidos trabalham esta relação e através deles foi proposta uma reflexão sobre o que resulta da correspondência entre texto e imagem.
ABSTRACT - The following thesis sought to investigate the relationship between image and word in Alain Resnais' films: Hiroshima mon amour (1959) and The last year at Marienbad (1961). It was studied how the narrative voice, creating simultaneous or asynchronous associations with the image, can coordinate and structure the content of a film. The two chosen films work on this relationship and through them a reflection was proposed on what results from the correspondence between text and image.
