Sendo o Brasil um país com grande parte da população pobre, a necessidade de mecanismos de trabalho com comunidades tem dimensões e estruturas muito mais desenvolvidas do que o seu Pais.
O Grupo que pesquisou / estagiou desde Outubro de 2008 a Julho de 2009 no Rio de Janeiro, intitula-se como Nós do Morro e procura criar condições para integrar crianças e adolescentes da Comunidade do Morro do Vidigal na sociedade, trabalhando a sua consciência crítica, auto -estima e direitos através da arte.
O Grupo Nós do Morro busca a arte pela comunidade ou a comunidade pela arte, a comunidade do Vidigal modifica toda a sua vivência em prol do novo “inquilino”: passando esta a ser um dos pontos de cultura do roteiro do Rio de Janeiro.
É no “Casarão” da favela do Vidigal que um grupo de actores, encenadores e artistas plásticos oferecem gratuitamente cursos de Formação Teatral, com conteúdos como Interpretação, Corpo, Improvisação, Voz, História do Teatro, Direcção de Arte, Artes Plásticas, entre outros.
As crianças e jovens além de frequentarem a escola básica, têm o seu tempo livre preenchido com actividades culturais e educacionais, motivadoras e estimulantes para o seu desenvolvimento individual, humano e social.
O Teatro é levado àquela comunidade e feito no meio dela, as suas histórias, os seus desesperos, todos juntos bebem daquela arte.
A aluna bebeu dessa arte diariamente indo o seu foco centrando-se ao longo do que observava. A constante evolução e determinação daqueles indivíduos levou a aluna a descobrir as suas metodologias e motivações, mostrando que o motor da sua busca está na transformação, e o teatro é, pode e deve ser essa possibilidade de mudança. Pelo menos assim acredita!
ABSTRACT - Considering Brasil as a country with most of its population living in poverty, the need for working mechanisms with the communities have a more developed dimension and structure than the country itself. The Group that researched from October 2008 to July 2009 in Rio de Janeiro is entitled Nós do Morro and seeks to create the conditions to integrate the children and teenagers from the Vidigal's slum community into society, working their critical analysis skills , self esteem and rights through art. The group Nós do Morro seeks Art throught the community or the community through Art, Vidigal's community adjustes it's living to the new 'occupier': becoming a focus points on cultural tours in Rio de Janeiro. Placed in the “Casarao” of the Vidigal's slum , a group of actors , directors and artists provide free courses on Theater , exploring the subjects of Interpretation, Body, Improvisation, Voice, Theater history , Art direction, Fine Arts, amongsts others. Besides from attending basic school , the children and teenagers have their spare time filled with cultural and educational activities, motivating and stimulating their individual, human and social development. Theater is brought to that community and made from it, from their stories their despair , thogether they drink from that art. The researcher drank daily from that art defining a focus along observation. The prevailent progress and determination of the individuals led the researcher to discover her own motivations and methodologies, unveiling that the core of her quest is in transformation and that theater is, can and should be the possibility for that change.And so she believes.
