Nos últimos tempos, o empreendedorismo tem sido muito discutido pela sociedade. Fala-se muito sobre o sucesso dos empreendedores, das mudanças que eles causam no mercado de trabalho e nos meios de produção, das start-ups, dos empreendedores sociais e, sobretudo, da importância do empreendedorismo para o crescimento das empresas e da economia, constituindo, assim, um agente fundamental para o desenvolvimento do país. Este contexto de desenvolvimento económico que, muitas vezes, é atribuído ao empreendedorismo é justificado, pois empreender representa inovação e quebra de paradigmas, o que pode ser considerado sinónimo de solução. Embora tenhamos inúmeros benefícios gerados pelo empreendedorismo, o ato de empreender, quando mal conduzido, pode levar as pessoas a perder tempo e dinheiro em ideias ou negócios fracassados. Para evitar que isto aconteça, o empreendedor tem vários instrumentos para planear e executar o seu projeto, e, neste contexto, o plano de negócios é uma ferramenta fundamental, pois nele estão contidos todos os planos, as análises internas e externas, a necessidade financeira, o cash-flow, os recursos humanos, tecnológicos e financeiros, de forma a permitir que a empresa trace o seu caminho, cresça e apresente lucros consistentes. Assim sendo, esta dissertação está
centrada na realização de um plano de negócios para uma empresa do setor da restauração, situada na zona comercial da cidade de Luanda (Angola), com o objetivo de se analisar a sua viabilidade económico-financeira. Diante dos dados obtidos a partir do estudo do mercado realizado, constatou-se que os indicadores económicos e financeiros da empresa são muito bons e que a instituição ainda terá como vantagem inicial o baixo custo com a mão-de-obra, uma vez que todos os sócios irão trabalhar na empresa e ainda um variado
portefólio de pratos e refeições. Pretende-se, além disso, que este plano sirva como um instrumento de monitorização e controlo para as ações de implementação e funcionamento, pois somente com essas características esse plano poderá ser um documento útil e de aconselhamento frequente para os gestores do projeto e para outros possíveis empreendedores.
In last times, entrepreneurship has been much discussed by society, there is much talk about the success of entrepreneurs, the changes it causes in the labor market and in the means of production, start-ups, social entrepreneurs and, above all, about the importance of entrepreneurship for the growth of companies and the economy, thus constituting a fundamental agent for the country's development. This context of economic development, which is often attributed to entrepreneurship, is justified, as entrepreneurship represents innovation and paradigm shifts, which can often be considered synonymous with a solution. However, although we have numerous benefits generated by entrepreneurship, the act of entrepreneurship, when poorly conducted, can lead people to waste time and money on failed ideas or businesses. To prevent this from happening, the entrepreneur has several instruments to plan and execute his project, and in this context, the business plan is a fundamental tool, as it contains all the planning, internal and external analyses, the financial need, cash flow, human, technological and financial resources, in order to allow the company to trace its path, grow and present consistent profits Therefore, this dissertation is focused on the realization of a business plan for a company in the catering sector in the commercial area of the city of Luanda, Angola, with the objective of analyzing the economic and financial viability of the company. Given the data obtained from the market study carried out, it was found that the company's economic and financial indicators are very good, and that the company will also have as an initial advantage the low cost of labor, since all partners will work at the company. It is also intended that this plan serves as a monitoring and control instrument for the actions of implementation and operation of the project, as only with these characteristics this plan can be a useful document and frequent advice for project managers and other possible entrepreneurs.
