Abstract(s)
El guadamecí es un trabajo de decoración del cuero que forma parte de la tradición cultural y
de los oficios de la ciudad andaluza de Córdoba (España). Iniciar en esta labor artesanal en el
contexto de la formación inicial de los futuros docentes, con estudiantes del Grado de
Educación Infantil de la Universidad de Córdoba, y adaptar la técnica para su realización por
parte de niños y niñas, han sido los dos retos de un trabajo colaborativo entre las docentes
universitarias y una guadamecilera. De esta manera damos a conocer una de las
manifestaciones artísticas más singulares, heredera de una tradición de crisol de culturas.
The guadameci is a leather decoration work is part of the cultural tradition and the offices of the Andalusian city of Cordoba (Spain). It is a collaborative work between university teachers and guadamecilera, we have set the following objectives: Start this craft work in the context of initial training of future teachers of kindergarten, students from the University of Cordoba, and adapting to its realization by children. Thus, we present one of the most unique art forms, heir to a tradition of fusion between different cultures.
