Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho de projeto tem como objetivo apresentar o processo de desenvolvimento, implementação e avaliação de um plano de negócios para a Pérola do Tejo, um hotel de turismo rural sustentável e ecológico na região de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, mais concretamente no concelho do Cartaxo. Para o seu desenvolvimento será realizada uma revisão da literatura, na qual serão analisados os principais conceitos de empreendedorismo, as suas vertentes, motivações e capacidades a serem desenvolvidas pelo empreendedor para que este consiga criar valor. Serão realizadas diversas pesquisas, com recurso a fontes secundárias, de modo que seja possível analisar tendências na procura pelo turismo rural, não só em Portugal, como também na região onde o empreendimento será implementado. O projeto culminará com a respetiva aplicação prática através do plano de negócios, no qual será avaliada a sua viabilidade financeira. Através da realização deste trabalho foi possível aprofundar conhecimentos sobre temáticas cada vez mais debatidas pela sociedade, tais como
empreendedorismo, sucesso empresarial, impacto junto da população e importância do
desenvolvimento económico. O plano de negócios permitiu ainda verificar que o presente projeto é viável e permitirá o desenvolvimento da região, na medida em que existe uma crescente procura por hotéis fora das zonas urbanas, os quais permitem aos seus hóspedes o contacto com as realidades locais e experiências variadas e enriquecedoras.
The aim of this work project is to present the development, implementation and evaluation processes of a business plan for Pérola do Tejo, a sustainable and ecologic rural tourism hotel located in the region of Lisbon and Tagus Valley, more specifically in the municipality of Cartaxo. For its development, it will be carried out a literature review, in which the main concepts of entrepreneurship, its aspects, motivations and capacities to be developed by the entrepreneur so that they can create value. Several researches will be carried out, using secondary sources, so that it is possible to analyse trends in demand for rural tourism, not only in Portugal, but also in the region where the enterprise is being implemented. The project will culminate in its practical application through the business plan, in which its financial viability will be assessed. By carrying out this work, it was possible to deepen knowledge on topics increasingly debated by society, such as entrepreneurship, business success, impact on the population and the importance of economic development. The business plan also made it possible to verify that this project is viable and will allow the region to develop, as there is a growing demand for hotels outside urban areas, which allow guests to have contact with local realities and varied and enriching experiences.
