Este texto pretende estabelecer uma abordagem à obra da artista brasileira Karen Dolorez considerando o seu processo criativo enquanto forma de posicionamento social e ideológico. A utilização das técnicas têxteis
como o crochet ou a imagética do corpo feminino assume um sentido político que coloca o seu trabalho no contexto de uma estética feminista, ampliada à escala do espaço urbano ou do espaço desterritorializado das redes sociais e plataformas digitais na internet.
Abstract: This text intends to establish an approach to Brazilian artist Karen Dolorez’s work, considering her creative process as a form of social and ideological positioning. The use of textile techniques such as crochet or a female body imagery assumes a political meaning. Her work, placed in a feminist aesthetic context is expanded to the urban scale or deterritorialized space of digital networks and platforms on the Internet.
