Abstract(s)
No âmbito da manutenção condicionada de equipamentos, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal o estudo de determinadas técnicas avançadas de análise de vibrações.
Quando, em situação industrial se optar por uma manutenção condicionada, a análise de vibrações toma elevada importância uma vez que, é uma componente dessa manutenção com elevada importância e utilização. Deste modo, torna-se imprescindível a referência a certas técnicas avançadas que permitem um diagnóstico rápido e seguro em certas aplicações e em determinados problemas.
No presente trabalho, é passada em revisão a evolução do conceito de manutenção e suas variantes. Estudam-se os princípios de análise de vibrações assim como, os princípios da instrumentação que permitem a medição dessas vibrações. Já em relação às técnicas propriamente ditas, o seu estudo passará pela descrição teórica/prática de cada uma dessas, tendo sempre como referência o analisador CSI 2140.
Utilizando unidades didáticas, foram realizados ensaios em laboratório, que permitiram aplicar cada uma das técnicas. Sendo assim possível apresentar as variantes da sua aplicação.
In the context of conditioned equipment maintenance, the main objective of this work is the study of certain advanced vibration analysis techniques. When in an industrial situation, conditioned maintenance is chosen, the analysis of vibrations is of high importance since it is a component of this maintenance with high importance and use. This makes it necessary to refer to certain advanced techniques that allow rapid and safe diagnosis in certain applications and certain problems. In the present work the evolution of the concept of maintenance, its variants and the principles of vibration analysis are reviewed, as well as the principles of instrumentation that allow the measurement of these vibrations. Regarding the techniques themselves, their study will go through the theoretical / practical description of each of these, always having as reference the analyzer CSI 2140 Using didactic units, laboratory tests were carried out that allowed each of the techniques to be applied. Therefore it is possible to present the variants of its application.
