Abstract(s)
O aparecimento da 4ª revolução industrial (indústria 4.0) e da internet das coisas possibilitou encurtar a distância entre o consumidor e a indústria do produto com a introdução de novos processos. Desta forma, torna-se importante compreender os conceitos que envolvem o aparecimento e funcionamento da indústria 4.0, bem como a ligação de todos os equipamentos a uma rede onde é possível o acesso a qualquer pessoa autorizada.
No âmbito desta temática, este trabalho final de Mestrado propôs o projeto de um sistema laboratorial electropneumático para apoio ao ensino dos conceitos da indústria 4.0, nos cursos de Licenciatura e Mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica, do Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. Desta forma, foram abordados alguns conceitos da 4ª revolução industrial e conteúdos associados, nomeadamente, a simulação e automação de processos, a prototipagem rápida e fabrico por impressão 3D, a internet industrial das coisas, comunicação entre máquinas e a supervisão digital dos processos.
Para a construção do sistema laboratorial foi idealizado um processo electropneumático industrial típico (à escala), para o qual se desenvolveram por modelação 3D (em SOLIDWORKS®) alguns dos constituintes de suporte do mesmo, bem como a seleção de equipamentos necessários ao desenvolvimento e correto funcionamento do processo. Na aplicação do processo de automação foi definida a plataforma de comando do controlador lógico programável, tipo de linguagem de programação e criação do código de controlo do processo. Para aplicação do sistema de controlo e supervisão digital foi definida uma página web, a sua linguagem de programação e o código de controlo.
Este projeto foi sujeito à simulação e teste de todos os parâmetros finais do sistema ao nível do controlo, supervisão e à luz dos objetivos traçados, no qual se verificou obtenção de um sistema electropneumático capaz, num âmbito académico, de dar a conhecer da indústria 4.0.
The emergence of the 4th industrial revolution (industry 4.0) and the internet of things makes it possible to shorten the distance between the consumer and the product industry with the introduction of new processes. In this way, it is important to understand the concepts that involve the emergence and operation of the industry 4.0, as well as the connection of all the equipment to a network where it can be given access to any authorized person. In the context of this theme, this final master's work proposed the project of an electro-pneumatic laboratory system for support to the teaching of the concepts of industry 4.0, in the degrees of Bachelor and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa. In this way, some concepts of the 4th Industrial Revolution and associated content, namely the simulation and automation of processes, rapid prototyping and manufacturing by 3d printing, the industrial internet of things, machine to machine communication and digital supervision of the processes were addressed in this work. For the construction of the laboratory system was devised a typical industrial electro process (on the scale), for which some of the constituents of support were developed by 3d modeling (in SOLIDWORKS ®), as well as the selection of equipment necessary for the development and correct operation of the process. In the application of the automation process the command platform of the programmable logic controller, type of programming language and creation of the process control code was defined. For the application of the digital control and supervision system a web page, the programming language and the control code were defined. This project was subjected to the simulation and testing of all the final parameters of the system at the level of the control, supervision and in the light of the objectives mapped, in which it was found an electro-pneumatic system capable, in an academic context, to make known a little of the 4.0 industry.
