Abstract(s)
A COVID-19, teve início na China, em dezembro de 2019, caracteriza-se por ser uma doença infeciosa e contagiosa causada pelo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2) que tem vindo a provocar inúmeros impactos na saúde e na economia mundiais, considerando a novidade que introduziu e o carácter desconhecido de muitas das suas características, propagou-se muito rapidamente, tendo também provocado muitas mortes em populações vulneráveis. Tudo isto levou à necessidade de implementar políticas e ações como o distanciamento social, numa tentativa de minimizar os impactos e a transmissão do vírus. Apesar da crise, muitas organizações conseguiram identificar novas oportunidades de negócio, através de soluções inovadoras em resposta às dificuldades enfrentadas. A dissertação passa por diversas fases, começando por agradecer a todas as pessoas que influenciaram positivamente a investigação, continuando para o resumo até à introdução. Tem como alguns dos objetivos, analisar e compreender as emoções, sentimentos, a maneira como as empresas e pessoas se adaptaram à nova realidade, assim como as mesmas se adaptaram e inovaram para manter a atividade.
Os resultados mostram que grande parte dos respondentes trabalham na área da saúde e, por esse motivo, são altamente qualificados. De acordo com as respostas, as organizações e os membros das mesmas tiveram uma boa capacidade de adaptação à nova realidade. Com isto, a inovação empresarial também teve resultados bastante satisfatórios.
Relativamente aos sentimentos, a amostra demonstra que o mais referido foi a ansiedade. Tendo em conta a natureza exploratória deste trabalho, os resultados alavancam novas propostas que se espera poderem alimentar novas investigações futuras.
Covid-19, which started in China in December 2019, is characterized by being an infectious and contagious disease caused by the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that has been causing various effects on health and economy worldwide, as that it was something unknown, it spread very quickly, as well as causing many deaths. There was a need to use policies such as social distancing to minimize the effects and transmission of the virus. Therefore, companies had to think of a way to guarantee their survival. Despite the crisis, many organizations managed to identify new business opportunities, through innovative solutions in response to the difficulties faced. This dissertation goes through several phases, starting by thanking all the people who positively influenced the investigation, continuing with the abstract until the introduction. It has as some of its objectives to analyze and understand emotions, feelings, the way companies and people have adapted to the new reality, as well as how they have adapted and innovated to maintain activity. The results show that most of the respondents work in the health setor and, for this reason, are highly qualified. According to the answers, the organizations and the team members had a good capacity to adapt to the new reality. With this, business innovation also had very satisfactory results. Regard to feelings, the sample demonstrates that the main one reported was anxiety. Considering the exploratory nature of this work, the results leverage new proposals that are expected to be able to support new future investigations.
