A realização da dissertação terá como objetivo a verificação do impacto da gestão e da estratégia organizacional nos recursos humanos de uma empresa, focando-se na motivação e satisfação dos trabalhadores. Como tal, além de abordar alguns conceitos fundamentais e teorias adjacentes às estratégias organizacionais existentes, irei abordar também a motivação humana assim como os fatores da gestão que podem influenciá-la, realizando um estudo de caso, para apurar com maior descrição as componentes que os colaboradores mais valorizam para se sentirem satisfeitos e motivados no exercício da sua função.
The realization of this dissertation will have the aim to verify the impact of management and the organizational strategy in the human resources of a company, focusing in the motivation and work satisfaction of employees. So, in addition to approach some fundamental concepts and theories around the organizational strategies that already exist, I will also approach human motivation, as well as the factors that can influence it, by doing a case study, to investigate with more description the components that employees value the most to feel satisfied and motivated in their jobs.
