Depending on the type of risk to be identified, it is necessary to use appropriate techniques that allow a diagnosis as concrete as possible, to timely detect risks and thus develop management policies that minimize their impact. In this paper is discussed how through the application of social network theory is possible to identify and quantify existing or potential hazards for example at the level of communication, management and sharing of knowledge among several actors of an organization in a collaborative context.engCollaborative networked organizations principlesManagement of competences and knowledgeComplexity modellingBusiness analyticsRisk analysisPerformance evaluationRisk model to support the governance of collaborative ecosystemsconference objecthttps://doi.org/10.1016/j.ifacol.2017.08.1313
